In 1951 the assets of Brandon T & S were purchased in their entirety by H.A. Lewis and a Corporation was formed.

Construction work was begun consisting of prestressed concrete buildings, machine foundations, and general mechanical construction.

Because of Federal and State regulations in 1961, it was necessary to form a new Corporation to take over all construction activities of Brandon T & S Corporation. The new Corporation was named Riggers & Erectors. This Corporation was licensed to engage in all types of general construction.
